The first step in our journey is to meet with you and determine what it is that you want to improve.  Scoping a project is critical in understanding where you are and where you want to be.

After we start, Current State Value Stream Mapping is done to understand what your process is.  This is invaluable to do with the process owners, as they understand the day to day activities (sometimes, versus what you believe it to be!) 

Once we know where the process is and what we want it to be, the team members will be trained in the use of the appropriate discipline to solve the problem. These include Rapid Experimentation, Scientific Method of Problem Solving, Pre-specification and Embedded testing techniques, Toyota-style Lean Methodologies, and Six Sigma.

We have a very rigorous, disciplined style of process improvement that brings results quickly.  If you want a team member trained while we are going through this process, we will work with that person to mentor them, give them copies of all training and forms so that when they are ready, they will be able to improve processes at your business.
